| Space-based Information: | Sea Surface Temperature (from GOES) - The NOAA's Office of Satellite and Data Distribution (OSDPD) generates geostationary sea surface temperature (SST) products. These products are derived from NOAA's Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites (GOES) and Japan's Multi-functional Transport Satellite 1 Replacement (MTSAT-1R). They are available for the coastal United States including Alaska and Hawaii. |
